We are pleased to announce the publication of this paper, in the Proceedings of the Practice and Experience in Advanced Research Computing 2017 on Sustainability, Success and Impact (PEARC17).
This paper showcases a preview of the new I/O profiling features in Vampir and Score-P that were developed as part of NEXTGenIO. These features will form part of future releases of the tools; it is the first time they have been applied to a real life I/O performance issue outside the project and this allowed for intensive in a production environment.
